30-Day Warranty Coverage
All products come with a FREE 30-day replacement or refund warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
Returns or refunds are only accepted for items that meet one or more of the following conditions:
- Arrived physically damaged
- Missing parts or accessories
- Defective or not working as intended
- Significantly different from the product description
- Incorrect item received
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
- Products damaged during return shipping due to improper packing may not qualify for a refund.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- If the issue is due to product fault or damage, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
This policy does not cover accidental damage, misuse, water damage, or wear and tear due to improper use.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Email info@hausofmirror.com.au within the return window, providing:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Supporting photos or videos
- Upon approval, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and send you the return address for the nearest warehouse.
- Use a trackable mail service when returning the item. We are not responsible for lost or untrackable return shipments.
Important: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refunds Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- We will notify you via email once your refund has been issued.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your credit card company – posting delays can occur.
- Contact your bank – processing time may vary.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for the same item, please email info@hausofmirror.com.au.
Cancellations
- Free cancellation is available before your order has shipped
- If your order has already shipped, a 10% restocking fee will apply upon return to cover handling and processing costs
